Job Description Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the profitable sales growth of all Uponor product
segments with in their assigned territory. The RSM is responsible for building solid
relationships, developing territory market plans and the execution of those plans within their
assigned territory. The RSM is responsible for the support, coordination and execution of
National Builder, Commercial Sales and Technical Sales efforts within the territory
50% travel required

 

Job Description:

Establishes and maintains regular contact with strategic key stakeholders in key markets.

Works with Rep agent to develop and implement sales strategies and market plans to deliver sales growth and market share objectives.

Coordinates and implements sales calls and presentations to all regional stakeholders.

Mentors/coaches/trains manufacturer’s reps and distributor sales personnel.

Mane territories pricing and programs.

Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years’ related experience.
  • Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market is required.
  • Must have excellent communication, planning and presentation skills.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution and managing reps.
