For over 20 years, our firm has consulted with thousands of schools, colleges, workplaces and organizations to empower them to become safer and healthier communities. A significant portion of our client outreach is through ATIXA — The Association for Title IX Administrators , an association run by TNG. Through ATIXA, we offer conferences and certifications, and provide services and products designed to meet member needs.

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Client Relations (ADCR) to support ATIXA, developing and following up consulting service leads, diagnosing client needs, and promoting a diverse array of related services and products as well as the advantages of Super Membership. The ADCR will have the support of a Coordinator of Member Relations, who will be focusing on member development, renewal, and upgrades, and a Client Relations Associate, who can provide logistical support needed to complete client arrangements for certain types of services.

The position will be remote. You’ll be working with Association and Operations colleagues based out of our Berwyn, PA headquarters and Marketing team members based out of Westlake Village, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ambitious sales strategy
  • Promote ATIXA-related services and products via email and telephone
  • Develop and execute ambitious event attendee recruiting strategy
  • Maintain regular communications with members, event attendees, and other clients via phone and email
  • Develop new member services and initiatives
  • Promote upcoming events via email and telephone
  • Provide concierge-level of service to members via a daily phone calls and emails
  • Maintain, build, and organize a comprehensive database of contacts
  • Contribute to the development of annual, short- and long-term sales plans
  • Provide a high level of communication and service delivery, responding in a timely manner to inquiries and concerns
  • Identify marketing and advertising opportunities through strategic partnerships and co-sponsorship with both regional and national groups and associations
  • Develop strategic relationships to secure sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects

Travel: Occasional domestic travel to attend conferences, trainings and events, and represent the organization at various national conferences and exhibit locations.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years sales experience, ideally in the Higher Education market
  • Independent, self-starter
  • Relationship development & communication skills
  • Solid closing rate
  • Resilient, persistent, adaptable
  • Multi-tasker, able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Able to follow up promptly and professionally
  • No smokers, please

The Assistant Director of Client Relations reports to the Vice President of Client Relations and works closely with the Executive Director of ATIXA.
