Job Description:
Terms of Employment: Full Time, At Will, Exempt
Reports to: Senior Vice President, International
Position Location: Los Angeles or São Paulo Office, or Remote
Position Objective:
To monitor, measure, and evaluate the impact of the organization’s programmatic work in all regions and strategically communicate global impact and findings to internal and external stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the impact of programs and initiatives as set by the global strategy in all regions and departments and provide evaluations for global leadership
- Ensure that all deliverables of the global dashboard project, including all measures of impact against the global strategy, are met and communicated in cooperation with the senior vice president, international
- Liaise with program teams, leadership, regional heads, and external researchers and consultants as needed
- Support regional heads, department heads, and team members in all aspects of monitoring, evaluating, and reporting impact
- Perform monthly analysis of regional progress toward defined global goals
- Assist senior vice president, international; and president with global strategic planning meetings
- Ensure all documents for the global dashboard are updated by the document owners in each region
- Collect relevant information from the global dashboard and work closely with the communications and creative teams to create accurate, concise, and visually appealing monthly reports, charts, graphics, and presentations for internal and external use
- Compile information from the global dashboard into monthly public progress reports on the MFA website
- Adhere to all human resource and administrative policies and procedures
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in program evaluation, education, planning, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio (a plus)
- 3-5 years of professional experience related to research or evaluation, planning, communications, and preferably international nonprofit work
- Global and cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving ability
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
