The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator has expertise with LMS administration and strong professional work experience in the e-learning industry. This role will ensure that all areas of our LMS are administered and managed in the best interests of HCI and the student body.

Job Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts and stakeholders to upload new content and update existing LMS content
  • Maintain the LMS, to meet defined organizational objectives and support policies and practices.
  • Ensure the successful management and administration of audience-appropriate training and development materials and programs for LMS
  • Manage content allocation on Amazon Web Services
  • Communicate content needs with Program Delivery team
  • Partner with Program Delivery team on content deliverability and implementation of technology on LMS
  • Maintain scheduling in accordance with the course layout and Master Ops document
  • Acts as 2nd tier support to students/support team for all HCI Programs
  • Create support & video tutorials for students & staff to better support their online learning experience and their understanding of the platform
  • Edit & optimize online platform orientation course based on student needs/requests
  • Collaborate with development team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform performance, system updates
  • Partner with development team to strategize creative, unique, & beneficial new ways to up-level student experience
  • Work with Success Team to gather feedback from team & students to continually optimize online learning experience
  • Review and implement student/coach/support feedback
Job Requirements:
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience administering Learning Management Systems
  • Experience working with multiple business units to conduct needs assessments and develop successful solutions
  • Strong experience with online learning management systems, e-learning, and/or course authoring software
  • Strong experience with LMS process improvement and project management
  • Strong experience providing LMS support, and technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and listening skills
  • Strong experience using google sheets/Excel
  • Experience with Infusionsoft (or similar Marketing Automation CRM) is desired
  • Bonus: experience using SQL
