The Business development manager will be responsible for onboarding and the ongoing day to day management of business development representatives across each sales vertical. You will offer operational support to the team members focused on outbound lead generation. This role will be responsible for operational excellence through process documentation, training to ensure the success of the sales team’s key performance goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard and train all business development representatives
  • Analyze BDR performance regularly and report out to key stakeholder
  • Design efficient process and pitching tools to optimize lead conversions
  • Design and execute a training strategy that aligns to the overall goals of the sales organization, but customize content based on vertical need
  • Validate training content by creating a testing and evaluation process to measure the accuracy of the content being delivered, making updates to training content as needed.
  • Create training modules (when needed) based on the training requirements/needs of the Sales
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate new technology or applications training if needed
  • Accountable for outbound lead generation performance overall. Optimization of funnel to maximize the number of prospects
  • Partner closely with sales leaders and XFNs across verticals

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, business development, product marketing and or marketing. Understanding of selling software as a service
  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, computer, technology, and presentation skills required, with an overall knowledge of sound business training and development practices
  • Experience using marketing softwares such as Hubspot, as well as ongoing knowledge of existing and emerging tools
  • Expert user in Salesforce
  • Experience in salesforce training (preferred)
