Job Responsibilities:

*Field inbound calls from individuals about Unemployment Benefits
* Assist callers with their online application of Unemployment Benefits.
* Help troubleshoot problems with online tool
* Schedule appointments for applicants and unemployment benefits coordinators
* Work from your home (virtual role)

Job Requirements:

*Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to help people over the phone
* Access to a laptop or computer.
* Access to a phone (cab be mobile, landline or VOIP)
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to use Skype/Skype ID
* Ability to speak Spanish is a plus (not required)
