A Bellacor Customer Care Representative manages all aspects of servicing the customer, including sales. Customer Care Representatives quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs via calls, email, and chat and take appropriate steps to satisfy those needs. Representatives must solve problems following established practices and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volumes of customer interactions per day across email, phone and chat professionally
  • Deliver excellent customer service in all customer interactions
  • Answer questions related to product information, order status, shipping/delivery issues, etc.
  • Educate customers on policy, products & promotions, and process
  • Sales, personal shopping for customers, and accurate order placement
  • Outbound calls to business partners for product/order information
  • Outbound calls to customers to resolve inquiries
  • Meet/exceed established goals and metrics
  • Manage customer follow-up in a timely manner
  • Assist team members as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Customer service experience (1 – 3+ years) preferably in a call center setting
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and the internet
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and goal oriented
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously using multiple applications
  • Independent creative problem solving and decision making
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Adaptive, flexible team player
  • Ability to de-escalate customers as needed
  • Ability to research, understand, and resolve complex problems
  • Basic math, calculating percentages, refunds, and discounts
