This Customer Service/Account Management position involves professional interaction with customer via inbound calls to service issues on existing and new accounts.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone Provide quality customer service Utilize retention skills Qualify issue and respond per policy and procedure Good customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, detailed and focused Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
Candidates should have previous customer service or general office experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work well with others.
The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) as well as letter writing and computer processing.
Associate?s or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
Comprehensive training is provided.
