Job Responsibilities:

  • Executing on the Deel’s global expansion strategy ,
  • Analysing rules, regulations and market norms around the globe, and building the strongest valuate proposition to deliver on Deel’s value proposition of offering best in class customer benefits around the world
  • Managing external communications and negotiations with Deel’s enterprise benefit partners; driving a tactical approach in issue resolutions
  • Working alongside the product and development teams to drive initiatives that ensure day-to-day workloads are scalable and processes are running efficiently
  • Evaluate and report on standards, processes, KPIs, and expectations for your team; maintain team queues in JIRA
  • Creating and maintaining all existing processes, cross company workflow tools, and organizational tools

Job Requirements:

  • Have 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • You have previous experience either in FinTech or top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity (designing and building consumer/business facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growth is a huge plus)
  • You have a solid track record of achievement – e.g. you have worked in a top tier company and/or startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)
  • You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL, Python or R
  • You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
