Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead feature design efforts for the Growth team, helping product managers and design teams build products that will inherently drive user adoption and revenue growth. Take a very technical, data-heavy product and create simple, intuitive user interfaces and experiences that can be used in experiments to discover new ways to drive growth
  • Own and help to define the user testing and user research process. Drive user research projects to develop the understanding of the customer and validate design choices before and after development
  • Develop scalable and flexible design frameworks to maintain clean and simple designs and customer interactions. Direct and maintain design system, in partnership with other members of the Design team
  • Partner with product management and engineering teams to define roadmaps and prioritize requirements
  • Create user-centered designs that incorporate customer feedback, user research, data, market trends and technical constraints. Create UX flows and designs, including low- and high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and/or mockups that illustrate your proposed solutions for exception product experiences to potential end users and internal collaborators

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years Product Design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills
  • Solid understanding of information architecture
  • Experience with key aspects of the design process from problem definition, ideation, testing and feedback, to building up fidelity for delivery and documentation
  • Experienced with Figma, Jira, Slack and Sendgrid
  • Experience conducting UX research and use of session replay tools such as Fullstory
  • Experience working with product leadership, development managers, cross-functional customers and a development team in a highly collaborative and agile process
  • Clear understanding of user-centered design processes
  • Excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with customers, peers, colleagues, and executives. You succinctly articulate goals, progress, and priorities in written, verbal, and presentation formats
  • Experience working in Design at a SaaS company or startup
  • Experience working in a Growth team and/or designing for an international audience a plus
