About the Growth and Engagement Team

The Growth and Engagement team will drive initiatives to grow the number of users and product feature adoption via personalization, gamification, habit building, and viral growth strategies and tactics.

About the Role

We are searching for an independent, thoughtful, user-focused and data-driven Senior or Group Product Manager to lead Mode Mobile’s product growth and engagement initiatives. You’ll work closely with engineering, quality, design, marketing, operation, product managers and several stakeholders to define and execute our Growth and Engagement strategy and roadmap to accelerate our future growth .

As a product leader, you’ll be responsible for working with team members to identify the biggest opportunities, hypothesizing solutions, rallying the team to build them, measuring performance, and iterating.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive in-product growth and engagement strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mode Mobile.
  • Define and own the strategy and vision for onboarding, activation, and in-product growth.
  • Deeply understand the personas and journeys of our users to own and create the best experience for them.
  • Identify the key drivers of engagement and activation through experimentation, user testing, and data analysis.
  • Build and manage the roadmap for product-led growth, onboarding, and activation activities.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, design, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders to reliably ship products that enable growth.
