Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using Hootsuite and Trello
  • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Undertake audience research
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyze competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our company (in-house roles)
  • encourage collaboration across teams and departments
  • Liaise with speakers, sponsors, and partners via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face.
Job Requirements:
  • Be fluent in English
  • At least 3 years in a similar position
  • Candidates should understand how to strategize in order to improve campaign performance, by understanding the targeting and budget possibilities available on the different platforms
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to be meticulous in delivering accurate work
  • Excellent command in writing and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative in content writing
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in social media marketing and content production
  • Good understanding of general social media landscape, metrics, and user behavior
  • Prefer: Have some experience with Real Estate and leadership/management experience
