We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Work with Lead Generators and Lead Qualifiers to find a prospect and then take over to securing a deal with them
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Collaborate with different departments to respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the Judolaunch’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data on Hubspot and several other tools.

Working Style

  • This is a remote role in a startup environment. You are allowed to perform this role in your most comfortable and productive environment, as long as your working hours are suitable for the EU or US Time zones.
  • You will be in constant communication with leads and clients from Europe, for which you will need to be available during the local, regular working hours.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, closing deals
  • Perfect track record in sales
  • Able to work in EU or US Timezone
  • Strong leadership attributes
  • Selling & negotiation skills in an international environment, preferably acquired in a start-up company
  • Solid expertise in sales
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal English
  • Highly competitive mindset & Business results-oriented: ability to perform, according to the goals of the company
  • Ability to build relationships within a matrix business environment and handle diverse audiences
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization
  • Proactive, positive and innovative mindset: Fast learner – ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment independently
