Senior Web Strategist to Lead Marketing Retainers

Job Description:
Supreme Optimization is looking to hire a highly experienced senior web strategist to lead our marketing retainers and digital marketing account managers. You should have a strong background in digital marketing and big picture digital strategy primarily when it comes to UX, SEO and conversion rate optimization.
Role Mission:
Hiring an experienced senior web strategist who is a natural leader, innovator, team player, highly organized, proactive and has significant experience with digital marketing and marketing strategy.
Compensation:
Starting at $48,000/year – $60,000/year based on experience + bonuses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting with key clients monthly to review retainer project deliverables digital marketing results
- Responding to client emails/resolving any client issues
- Delegating project work to development and SEO team members
- Increase client retention and annual revenue
- Lead and manage account managers and digital marketing managers internally
- Grow into a leadership position
Daily Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day to day client relationships
- Innovation and improvements to the current offerings
- Leading our internal digital marketing team
- Strategizing digital marketing project plans and breaking projects into monthly stages
- Conducting keyword research and writing on-page SEO recommendations
- Analyzing Google Analytics results for areas of opportunity
- Reviewing SEMrush, Google Search Console, and technical SEO data
- Coordinating website changes with design and development teams
- Leading meetings with clients to discuss results and next steps
Job Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
- Expert in Google Analytics and Search Console
- Expert using SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, MOZ, Screaming Frog)
- Strong background in Digital Marketing, UX, conversion rate optimization
- Excellent written/people skills
- Super organized and dependable
- Easy to get along with
- Experience managing a team and managing clients
