Job Description:

We are currently in need of a Staff CPM Scheduler to join our award-winning and aggressively growth oriented Construction team in our Headquarters office in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. This position will provide project controls support to our Project Managers, while indirectly assisting in the support of remote offices throughout the US. A seasoned professional, with tested ability to thrive under pressure, and skillful decision-making progress is being sought. The successful candidate will support the Project Management function by helping to develop CMP schedules, collecting, analyzing and processing information from the field related with project progress, producing periodical (by-weekly or monthly) look ahead schedules, and keeping an updated schedule. Talented professionals who take pride in their work producing quality results in a timely fashion with focus on the customer and working collaboratively within a team environment will be most successful within the POND culture. Sensitivity to detail, organization, and excellent writing skills are required. Ideal candidates will have a desire to develop their career, reflect a high level of integrity and possess the ability to quickly learn new technology.

Job Responsibilities&Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years’ experience, preferably in the construction industry. Experience using planning and scheduling programs, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to develop original and manage multiple schedules concurrently.

Additional Experience Requirements

BA degree from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Advanced knowledge and experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Advanced skills in standard MS Office products; MS Access and Adobe Suite a strong plus.
QCS & MCS experience helpful.
