- Shift Differentials pay increase of 10% after training
- Workers will receive an extra $0.25/hour if they will be permanent
- Training will be virtual – 9:00a-6:00p Tuesday-Saturday
- Equipment pick up on Mon, 7/27
- The idea is to transition to permanent at 90 days
- Mon-Sun 6:00a-9:00p PST. Employees will be informed of their regular shift schedule during the first week of training.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support the organization’s extended warranty contracts by providing superior customer service to our customers who have purchased an extended warranty contract for wireless cell phone handsets.
