Job Description:
We are Pixellu and we make software for professional photographers. Our team is 30 people in size, located in 7 different countries, from New Zealand to Russia. We don’t have an official office but love the flexibility of remote work.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Help photographers in 100+ countries successfully use our software. Tasks include:
- Answer feature & pricing questions
- Troubleshoot issues & software bugs
- Write help articles
- Create video tutorials
Job Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has these qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Great writing & grammar
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A sense of humor
