Job Description:

We are Pixellu and we make software for professional photographers. Our team is 30 people in size, located in 7 different countries, from New Zealand to Russia. We don’t have an official office but love the flexibility of remote work.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Help photographers in 100+ countries successfully use our software. Tasks include:
  • Answer feature & pricing questions
  • Troubleshoot issues & software bugs
  • Write help articles
  • Create video tutorials

Job Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has these qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Great writing & grammar
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A sense of humor
