Job Requirements:

In this role, you will be evaluating online task types related to Music, Video, App Store, and HomePod to help improve the overall quality and relevance of online content and research. We offer a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week completing tasks in a web-based evaluation tool. For the work type of this role, you will work fully remotely as a Telus Media Search Analyst.

Here are the requirements that Media Search Analysts at Telus International must possess to carry out the roles:

You must be fluent in written and spoken English, as well as any of the languages listed below
You must be living in any of the countries listed below for a minimum of 1 year
You must have familiarity with the App Store
Your email address must be associated with an Apple ID
Experience/know-how of Apple products is mandatory
Preferable candidates will have a keen interest in Music and Video
Evaluation of many different task types including Music and Video judgments across media domains
Evaluation of App Store Content search results
Research using online tools to determine and judge the intent and accuracy of queries
Applying market knowledge with provided guidelines to judge the relevance and intent of task information for your market
Familiarity with current Music and Video trends
Familiarity with current application trends
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential
Ability to work independently and flexibility with new techniques/processes
Preferred level of education/certification – High School degree or higher

Media Search Analyst Salary:

This is a part-time position that can be conducted remotely. Telus International pays media search analysts $14 – $15 (USD) per hour and up to $300 (USD) per week based on the hours done. (up to 30 hours a week)
