Job Description:

This important role is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, and quality control as established by the Operations Manager and Regroup’s COO. Our Operations Specialist will enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting. The best person for this role looks for opportunities to expand and constantly improve.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze process workflow and employees, and make recommendations to the Operations Manager
  • Accomplish operations and organization goals by completing related tasks as needed
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and COO to manage and advise on operational matters
  • Make recommendations to the Operations Manager and COO on people, processes, and/or tools to improve operations
  • Work with managers to improve efficiencies in current processes and evaluate the continued utility of current people, processes, and tools
  • Communicate with potential partners to evaluate partner viability and assess the business opportunity
  • Work with the Operations Manager and COO to finalize partnerships deemed qualified and facilitate the partnership
  • Establish procedures for maintaining overall company quality objectives
  • Be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Plan, assign and direct work; author and discuss employees performance appraisals; addressing employee
  • performance and corrective action plans
  • Perform a variety of tasks including leading and directing the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Plan and review compensation actions
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Prepare and complete action plans, resolve problems, complete audits/reviews and identify trends
  • Ensure all associated records/reports are completed on time and maintained appropriately

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) in Operations Management or a related field
  • Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and grammar
  • Full command of the English language to a native or bilingual proficiency
  • Technically savvy and comfortable with the Google Suite and virtual meeting technology
  • Comfortable working in a decentralized command environment
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Be a team player
