Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Houston, TX office and staff, including but not limited to on-site office support, coordinating office events and serving as primary point of contact for all on-site matters, including building management.
- Assist with document production, including formatting, printing and mailing, including clients’ presentations.
- Support the practice’s financial processes including invoicing clients, accounts payable, contract tracking and ensuring that all invoices are error-free and paid in full. Update and maintain systems accordingly.
- Work closely with consultants on client invoices and client communications.
- Contribute to the Business Support Specialist team to meet the needs of the practice.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant software programs.
- Assist with initiatives as requested.
Job Requirements
- Associate/bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years’ experience with administrative support.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS 365 applications with a strong desire and ability to learn additional software.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Collaborate with and support team members.
- Self-starter with good project management skills and ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
- Reliable.
- Effective prioritization skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently while also contributing to team environment.
