Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our product and the latest developments across Web 3 (especially across DeFi and NFTs)
  • Identify prospective partners
  • Share integration and partnership ideas with internal colleagues
  • Conduct initial outreach
  • Support and lead partnership discussions
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships
  • Retain and develop existing partnerships
  • Communicate with clients to ensure a positive experience and continuous business growth
  • Implement, design and execute programs to develop client retention & reduce turnover
  • Develop a strong and warm network of key contacts across the ecosystems we’re active in
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to build and execute on a coherent strategy

Job Requirements

  • Extremely well connected in the Web3 NFT/DeFi/Web3 Gaming space
  • Experience working in a similar role or capacity focused on APAC markets
  • Passion for crypto, and a solid understanding of recent global trends and use cases
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Business Development and/or Partnerships role in the Web3 space
  • Ability to build relationships/trust (internally and externally) with cross-department teams
  • Confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead customers, from technical personnel to C-level executives, in urgent or critical situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills suited to long-term relationship building
  • Strong analytic capacity to understand and explain crypto-based solutions
  • Conscientious, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work
