The Client Success Associate (CSA) is responsible for working with and supporting the Digital Client Success (DCS) team. The DCS team ensures that our clients are getting the full value out of their investment in Finalsite and will proactively drive product adoption and identify & execute on upsell opportunities. The CSA will help to support the team with regular and accurate reporting, building contracts, task and data management, and work to assist with the needs of our quickly growing client base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support 6+ Client Success Managers on assigned accounts to promote high levels of customer satisfaction and product renewal
  • Monitor team task queues and assist with task assignment and completion.
  • Engage with clients via email, chatbots, Zoom, and other digital communications methods to answer questions, deliver contract information, and provide best practices advice
  • Assist in maintaining and improving accurate data on clients in Salesforce
  • Learn and develop the working knowledge of the Finalsite Product Lines required to locate/source best-practice materials to share with our customer base
  • Prepare reports and software audits for Client Success Managers
  • Develop and implement client email campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining Customer Success software
  • Learn and develop the skills required to successfully assist sales at the enterprise level and understand the role, skills, attitude, habits, and responsibilities of an accomplished Client Success Manager

Job Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree would be preferred or commensurate experience.
  • Proven experience working in a team-response environment, sharing accounts, tasks, and responsibility.
  • Proven work experience in a professional B2C setting with some experience in SaaS customer success or sales role.
  • Entry-level experience with websites built via content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Joomla, etc.) preferred.
  • Entry-level experience in Client Success, or comparable field, preferred.
  • Knowledge of and comfort with SaaS products and services.
  • Salesforce knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of the Finalsite Platform preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of or familiarity with Customer Success software platforms helpful but not required.
  • Excitement and enthusiasm for the edtech industry.
  • Travel as needed.
