As a Commercial Customer Account Executive, you’ll fill a key role in growing our current customer base by working on expansion, upsell, and renewal deals.

Job Responsibilities
- Hunt and close Gong Forecast opportunities within our current account base.
- Demonstrate an ability to multithread and access C-level executives
- Manage a book of business with ~200 accounts
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
- Develop and leverage client relationships to expand the usage of Gong within new teams and departments
- Assist with renewal discussions for current customers.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of closing experience
- Deep experience hunting new business
- Upsell/Cross-Sell Experience is a plus but not required
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
