Robert Half is partnering with a Cybersecurity company that is looking to add a Corporate Paralegal to their growing Legal team. This candidate must have a strong background in Corporate Law and have assisted in handling International Subsidiary Management. This role will support to the Chief Legal Officer and assist multiple attorneys. The role can sit 100% remote in any of the continental United States.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal
- Experience with International Entity/Subsidiary Management, EU and APAC preferred
