The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Campaign Manager is responsible for executing strategic multichannel digital marketing and communications campaigns for a large client within the healthcare space leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to engage patients, consumers, and referring physicians. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about the potential of digital marketing technology to impact performance and will enjoy collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions to bring multichannel marketing and communications campaigns to life, driving engagement with client programs and services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing email and SMS marketing campaigns that deliver on marketing and communications goals, owning all aspects of campaign planning and execution. The role requires a highly detailed and process-oriented individual who can establish and follow standard workflows to execute complex, flawless, high-performing campaigns. They will coordinate experts from multiple functions, including strategy, content, design, executive approvers, translation, and more, to ensure seamless and efficient campaign delivery. The role also involves ensuring that QA processes are followed and continuously improved to achieve defect-free performance. The candidate should be passionate about understanding target segments and how their behaviors and interests drive engagement across all phases of the customer lifecycle, from awareness to engagement and retention. Experience in driving successful healthcare provider and/or patient engagement/outreach messaging and campaigns is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements complex, multichannel digital marketing and communications campaigns, assuming all aspects of campaign management.
- Coordinates multi-function campaign planning and execution teams across the campaign life cycle.
- Ensures the production and delivery of defect-free communications, following standard workflows and QA processes, and optimizes workflows to improve efficiency; conducts testing to optimize campaign performance.
Job Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the fundamentals of digital marketing and communications campaign development and implementation.
- Advanced skill with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Advanced understanding of technical language and requirements of the assigned work.
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills, including political acumen and skill in troubleshooting and applying proactive and positive solutions.
- Advanced ability to develop, manage, implement, and optimize standard workflows that achieve efficiency and defect-free production.
- Advanced skills to monitor and assess processes or services and make necessary improvements.
- Advanced project management skills to complete projects within budget and time constraints.
- Advanced knowledge of the organization, including its achievements, goals, objectives, vision, and mission, and how digital marketing and communication can effectively convey and advance the message to various audiences.
- Working experience with the Salesforce Cloud Email Platform.
Employee Benefits
The target hiring compensation range for this role is 45.00 to 50.00/hr . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
