Join Our Journey

If you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about supporting a mission that impacts school students, we want to hear from you. While this is primarily a data-focused role, it’s a chance to be part of a larger mission: helping students plan for success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Inputting and updating our CRM with accurate details from schools and other stakeholders.
  • Order Processing: Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, cross-checking details for accuracy.
  • Document Management: Assisting in the management of essential documents, ensuring they’re stored and retrieved effectively.
  • Supporting the Main Office Administrator: Assisting with various administrative tasks that can be handled remotely, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and software.
  • Previous data entry or order processing experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies like Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, especially written.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.

This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations. We are looking for someone who values precision, can maintain a steady pace, and upholds the highest data integrity standards.

How To Apply

Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you believe you’re a fit for this position. Candidates who skip these steps will not be considered.

Due to the nature of this role, we’ll also have a pre-interview testing phase to ensure that our candidates have the necessary skills for the job.
