Yubico is looking for a dynamic, experienced, highly driven Deal Desk Specialist that will support deals for our regional sales team. Our primary focus is increasing sales effectiveness; our Deal Desk team supports the sales team and enables them to be more strategic and efficient. This role works with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.

As a Deal Desk Specialist you are the trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advising the team on alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closure.

You will support the sales teams throughout the sales cycle and play an integral role in maintaining corporate governance for sales transactions. This role helps sales maximize revenues and gain approvals on sales transactions in the most efficient manner that supports organizational goals and meets customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring deals are well structured, aligned to company policy, and ready to be processed efficiently.
  • Assisting EMEA Deal Desk in processing POs and assisting with Quote review for ROW (e.g., EMEA and APJ) deals.
  • Processing US Channel POs and replying to Partner emails.
  • Supporting sales with sales-side deal booking and fulfillment processes within Salesforce. Collaborating with our order entry, supply chain, and billing teams as needed.
  • Reviewing and offering feedback for documentation deal approval matrix.
  • Assisting Sales Operations with process improvements, handling ad-hoc projects, and reporting bugs/issues.
  • Working extended hours during End of Quarters.
  • Assist with simple Quote review when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with establishing and implementing best practices relating to the deal desk in alignment with deal development and order administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or enablement capacity in an enterprise software or hardware company.
  • Self sufficient and resourceful. Able to read through documentation and complete tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Global operations and flexible hours.
  • Experience relating to Deal Desk activities.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Good understanding of cross-system data integrity.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Rep or Account Executive.
