Kinsta is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Financial Assistant to support the Finance Team in performing day-to-day financial administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance with financial accounting.
• Posting and reconciling financial data in accounting software.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Providing assistance with financial and tax compliance and reporting.
• Providing assistance with financial processes and special projects.
• Assisting with processing of payments to vendors and consultants.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of financial accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Native level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience using QuickBooks, knowledge of a similar financial accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of US GAAP or IFRS accounting rules and regulations is an advantage.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Direct and indirect tax experience is an advantage.
