2 types of institutions:
1) Academic institutions
2) Government institutions with research function (e.g.
Department of Science & Technology)

Working hours: Manila time 8am to 5.30pm.

**Salary- 20k-30k package depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Go through the institution’s website, look at faculty members.
• Call up and look for the right Job Title. For Head of Department/Dean, can look for college secretary.
For Vice Chancellors, can look for secretary.
• Verify contact, if not there, ask for someone else who can refer you. If receiver asks for whom you are
looking for, can mention that you are looking for someone who is keen on research funding, uses
research content etc.
• Not necessary to do product selling (i.e. pre-sales) unless receiver asks for more information about
the type of content that Wiley provides.

Job Requirements:

Good to have someone who has worked for an academic publishing/education client previously

Preferred previous position from Academic institute ( Vice Dean, Chancellor,Librarian,Research Academic Officer, Head of Department)
