Combination of customer service and sales, taking inbound calls for homeowners who are looking for a home improvement contractor, helping them submit their request, and then upselling additional requests through HomeAdvisor.

This is a Nelnet Temporary position – work from the comfort of your home!

Nelnet will provide all necessary computer and phone equipment – Must have high speed internet and access to plug directly in to a router.

Pay: $11.50/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30a-7:00p CST (Week of Training is Monday-Friday 8a-5p CST)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Field Inbound calls from customers looking for contractors
  2. Cross and up-sell other services offerings.
  3. Dealing with complaints and escalated calls in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Maintain professional demeanor while resolving customer needs.
  5. Ensure integrity of data and information.
  6. Serve as a resource within team, including assisting new associates with training needs.
Job Requirements:

EDUCATION:

Associate’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

1 to 3 years customer service experience and/or general office experience preferred.
