Are you a savvy Content Project Manager with excellent cross team, stakeholder and customer service skills? Have you managed and supported content teams? If so, this is a great opportunity for you! Candidate should be driven and have a strong content management, project management and writing background to be the single point of contact for a team of case analysts, writers, and web producers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily work assignments
  • Resolve project-related questions, bandwidth issues, questions about prioritization and sequencing of work
  • Guide and lead regular meetings (i.e., production stand-ups) with LWA staff
  • Report on project status and raise LWA team escalations to the client team in regular syncs
  • Triage all tasks coming in through all queues (including queue of tasks from employees), noting emerging issues with the internal HR Portal and HR Knowledge Base; escalating when appropriate
  • Maintain task prioritization (in clients GSD/Tasks tool) and distribution across LWA team; flag to the client team where bandwidth issues may have potential SLA impacts
  • Assign LWA team resources (case analysts, writers, producers) to projects based on scope and capacity

Job Requirements

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and act as primary project POC
  • Educate stakeholders as needed about Content Services Team processes and functionality of the surfaces managed by LWA
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines
  • Plan production cadences and steps to project publish and closure
  • Staff and manage the LWA writers and producers on the project
  • Manage content reviews with stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day project tracking, management, and status reporting
  • Share equal accountability with stakeholders for ensuring successful completion of the project
  • Provide writing and web production support as needed
  • Interview, train and onboard new LWA team members (case analysts, writers, producers)
