Shifts Available:

• Sun-Thu, 11:30AM-8PM EST
• Tue-Sat, 10:30AM-6PM EST

Job Responsibilities:

The Call Center Representative will be responding to customers who have inquired about medical listening devices.  Representatives are to respond quickly to inquiries and will be making approximately 200 calls per day to schedule appointments for hearing test.

Job Requirements:

• Excel in analytical thinking in order to overcome obstacles
• Excel in effective and positive communications
• Excel in self-supervision and self-improvement while being able to accept constructive criticism from trainers and supervisors
• Have experience working with scripts
• Be able to work independently
• Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Outlook and Skype
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not mandatory
