Plug In Useful is currently seeking a part-time remote Project Manager to join our team to help us streamline our SEO services process, customer communications, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is remote / work from home starting at 20 hours a week and requires that you have a reliable internet connection and a computer with a webcam for video calls.

Background checks will be conducted on final candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete a daily check for the new SEO & Non-SEO job requests inside our portal.
  • Create a Trello card, add details, assign it to the in-house SEO expert for paid/confirmed SEO job requests.
  • Regularly follow up with the in-house SEO expert on the progress or status of the SEO jobs.
  • Communicate in a timely manner with customers to keep them informed about the job status.
  • Reach out and follow up with the service contractors to assign non-SEO jobs and to ensure the work is delivered on time.
  • For the unpaid SEO/Non-SEO job requests, reach out to potential customers to help them place the order.
  • Contact potential customers to help them complete the payment for any failed payment job requests.
  • Provide daily updates on the confirmed payment job data in the report sheet.
  • Provide daily updates of the up-paid and failed payment job data in the report sheet.
  • Cross-check refund requests and handle the refund process whenever required.
  • Weekly reporting of total new SEO/non-SEO job requests, complete jobs, in-progress jobs, and refunded jobs.
  • Outreach to existing customers of one service with other services to increase the revenue from each customer.
  • Help to develop new ideas and a detailed plan to promote SEO/non-SEO services to reach-out to a new audience.
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of project management experience (experience of working for an e-Commerce SEO agency will be preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with SEO (applicants with e-Commerce SEO experience will be preferred)
  • Experience using project management tools such as Trello and similar others.
  • Effective email communication skills to keep customers in the loop, outreach to potential customers.
  • Strong reporting skills to be able to track and report numbers – newly confirmed jobs, unpaid jobs, failed payment jobs, completed jobs, and refunded jobs.
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to prioritize and hit weekly/monthly agreed goals.
  • Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and verbal

  • English Native or Bilingual
