The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Go To Market (GTM) teams’ operations through data analysis and process optimization. The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to ensure GTM teams are running as efficiently and productively as possible. In support of the mission, this role supports the Revenue Operations team by making data driven recommendations for improving the end to end buyer journey and information handoffs between supporting departments.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Help leadership monitor system adoption and compliance. Become an expert in the GTM tech stack and make recommendations on efficiencies between platforms.  
  • Design, develop and deploy reports and dashboards to support the day-to-day operations of the GTM organization. 
  • Assist in developing and deploying analytical models to ensure sales teams are focused on target ICPs. 
  • Ensure transparency around our clients, revenue and implementation. 
  • Proactively monitor and assess sales, retention and churn data on an ongoing basis to ensure strategy objectives and planning are aligned.  
  • Partner with Contracts Administrator/Specialist to support ongoing CPQ needs of the business.  
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 

  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration- can meet deadlines effectively. 
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes. 
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change. 
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner. 
  • Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills. 
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact. 
  • Discretion for sensitive personnel and company information required.

EXPERIENCE DESIRED 

  • Typically, has at least four years of professional experience. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations or related Go To Market team (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) 
  • Understanding of Go To Market KPIs 
  • Experience in analytics, project management, solution design 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, technical or business-related field preferred. 
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
