The IT Operations Manager will work closely with the Head of IT, the IT team, the IT Security team, and stakeholders from all parts of the business to expand Willow’s IT offering.
As a senior team member of the IT team, you will provide process creation and improvement, analyse incidents, and request trends to identify where efficiencies can be gained with continuous improvement always at the forefront of your mind.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Administer the Salesforce sandbox and production environments to ensure proper controls and permissions are in place and data quality is paramount at all times;
  • Act as point of contact for Salesforce consultants and partners who are assisting in system development;
  • Regularly review process improvements, automation capabilities, and feature advancements in Salesforce to increase efficiency and agility across the business;
  • Build reports and dashboards as requested by business stakeholders;
  • Maintain a robust information/data architecture within Salesforce;
  • Manage license requirements and maintain, update, and verify all user access and permissions;
  • Within Salesforce PSA, coordinate all data (pre-contract/work plans, timelines, and programs) for other members of the team for the successful completion of the project;
  • Collaborate with other members of the management, executive, and accounting/ finance teams regarding billing schedules, invoices, and fee proposals;
  • Communicate regularly with IT and operation Leads in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality platforms and provide system references & standards by writing documentation;
  • Manage and Perform Basic and Advanced Administration Tasks in Applications to support the development and ongoing use of business-related applications, including initiating updates pertinent to Willow operations and applying the latest technology & industry standards;
  • Conduct training and system overview during new hire onboarding or any significant changes in the system;
  • Create documentation/how-to guides for staff to assist with the usage of Salesforce

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Technology
  • 3 years minimum experience in administering and developing within Salesforce
  • Certified System Administrator, Advanced Certified System Administrator, or Certified Salesforce.com Consultant is desirable
  • Experienced data management and manipulation skills utilizing the Apex Data Loader or Demand Tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and have the propensity to handle urgent interruptions professionally
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize complex tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of API, APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL is a plus
  • Must be very well organized, be able to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests, and be flexible to meet changing priorities and challenges
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
  • Must have very good communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
