Cloudbeds is building a world class sales pipeline, enabled with real time data updates from our own databases as well as external systems, allowing our front-line revenue generators to focus on what they do best – SELLING. As a Salesforce Manager at Cloudbeds, you will need a strong project and people management ability, with a background in hands-on Salesforce development and a willingness to jump into the details when necessary.  Your job will be to ensure the implementation delivers tangible value, while keeping scalability, performance, and security top of mind. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ Years of experience with Salesforce configuration, and management
  • 2+ Years of experience managing people
  • Advanced level knowledge of Salesforce APIs with commensurate hands on experience
  • Strong grasp of administrative areas of Salesforce Lightning, understanding when and why to use admin vs dev solutions
  • Skilled at working and communicating effectively with direct reports and project managers
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, with changing needs and limited resources
  • Ability to be a team player, who can collaborate with engineers, sales leaders, and other teams
  • Proven ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive projects forward
  • Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions, and once decided, an ability to execute on the decision
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification Level II
  • Salesforce Architect Certification
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in related web technologies (JS Frameworks, Python, PHP, etc)
