Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a gaming community ecosystem from scratch.
  • Effectively gather and categorize target users. Design activities and create content tailored to different user segments and their needs.
  • Predict and assess public opinion. Combine data and user feedback to provide constructive feedback and improvement suggestions for the product.
  • Create a vibrant user-generated content (UGC) ecosystem. Establish an external team, including content creators and administrators, and implement an efficient evaluation and management system to continually enhance content productivity and quality.
  • Manage and collaborate with prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), providing operational support to achieve stage objectives.
  • Establish and operate social media networks in the corresponding languages, fostering a positive feedback loop with the official community HoYoLab.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
  • Proficient language skills in Indonesian, with priority given to native speakers or holders of language proficiency certificates.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skill a huge plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community management, with familiarity with various community platforms.
  • Previous experience in managing KOLs and content creators is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates with a passion for games, anime culture, and community engagement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are preferred.
