Job Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage Negotiations and Administration of HR Benefits: Your expertise will be instrumental

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 Years of Demonstrable Experience in Startup HR with a Focus on Scalability: Were
    looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in navigating the unique challenges
    of startup HR environments and scaling HR operations to support organisational growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ATS Systems: Experience with Customer Relationship
    Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be highly advantageous in this
    role.
