Job Responsibilities

Key responsible on research and design for a new loyalty & engagement product that combines gamification and social elements.

• Customer research and prototyping
• AB testing
• Product design

Job Requirements

• Background or at least one meaningful experience (few years) in gaming, gamification or behavioral science from a product or design perspective.
• 5+ years working in tech (ideally a leader in the field of gaming or social)
• Someone who can deal with ambiguity and complexity and help break it down into pieces and tests.
• Someone passionate about learning from customers, brings perspectives on how they have performed customer research in the past with excitement and clarity.
• A balance between execution and strategic thinking.
