Seekr is on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AIaaS (AI as a Service) platform, tailored for enterprise AI/ML developers. This critical role demands an understanding of language models, ML solutions, and the unique needs of developers creating AI-driven applications. This role will focus on the development of explainability in the SeekrFlow platform, helping customers to build accurate solutions that they can deploy with minimal oversight. If you have a passion for diving deep into AI/ML technologies, engaging in technical discussions with experts, and building developer tools that empower innovation, your expertise could be the key to unlocking new possibilities in AI development.

Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Seekr’s explainability tools, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of AI/ML developers.
• Leverage your in-depth understanding of language models and ML solutions to guide the platform’s development and integration of Seekr’s proprietary technologies and processes.
• Engage with the AI/ML developer community to gather insights, understand their challenges, and tailor solutions that enhance their development experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including AI/ML experts, engineers, and designers, to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly developer tools.
• Initiate and participate in technical discussions with AI/ML experts, leveraging your knowledge to drive product innovation and excellence.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and technical advancements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have developed ML developer tools.
• A deep understanding of language models, machine learning solutions, and the technical landscape of AI development.
• Proven experience engaging with developer communities, understanding their needs, and translating those into successful product features.
• Strong technical acumen, comfortable diving into detailed technical discussions with AI/ML experts and engineers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception to launch.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of analytical decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritizing under pressure.
