Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our Go To Market team. You will be responsible for driving organic growth by optimizing our digital presence across all platforms. Your work will directly impact our visibility, user acquisition, and overall business growth. We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of SEO best practices across consumer and B2B content and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.

  •  SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost conversions across our different business functions.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation that align with user intent and business goals.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content manager to create a content roadmap and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.
  • B2B SEO initiatives, tailoring strategies to the unique needs of our global business audiences to drive growth across existing and new segments.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to improve domain authority and drive high-quality backlinks to our website.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Use data insights to continually refine and improve SEO strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and development.
  • Expertise with tools such as Google search console, Google Tag manager, Google analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming frog, DeepCrawl, SEMRush, Search Metrics, Hotjar, Fullstory, etc.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO
  • Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Webflow
  • Proficiency in web markup languages — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git
  • Excellent understanding of content management systems
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Passion for marketing
