About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and recruit top engineering talent globally for technical roles such as Backend, Frontend, Full-stack Engineers, DevOps, and Engineering Leadership. Operating in a fast-paced startup environment, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Headhunt and source top technical talent globally, focusing on high-quality outreach and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and engineering leadership to refine hiring strategies and processes.
  • Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to offer.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to hiring teams to improve decision-making.

Your Superpowers:

  • Strong ability to identify and assess engineering talent for technical roles.
  • Skilled at crafting compelling outreach and driving candidate engagement in both asynchronous and synchronous settings.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in funnel diagnostics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver consistently in a high-volume environment.

Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in technical recruiting (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Ops, Data Engineers).
  • Proven track record of hiring 10+ engineers annually for startups, scaleups, or big tech.
  • Proficient in using ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred) and familiar with technical job boards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in CEST or PST time zones.

Preferred:

  • Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience recruiting globally or in a startup environment.
