Job Responsibilities
- You will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the company
- You will partner primarily with our engineering organization
- You will design and own hiring strategies to engage with high caliber talent, both active and passive
- You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly
- You will ensure a high-touch candidate experience from beginning to end
- You will ensure a high level of data integrity and regularly partner with HMs to share data insights on how we can improve
- You’ll proactively drive recruiting process improvements that help us operate most efficiently and with candidates’ best interests in mind
Job Requirements
