We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sleep Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting healthy sleep habits and improving sleep quality in members. This role involves a dual focus: providing member care solutions for sleep-related issues and contributing to the creation and curation of content, both written and in audio/video formats, related to mental health and sleep.

Job Responsibilities

Member Care Treatment:

  •  Conduct sleep assessments to identify sleep-related issues and challenges.
  • Develop sleep improvement plans for members, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Offer guidance on relaxation techniques, stress management, and bedtime routines to enhance sleep quality.
  • Monitor and document member progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.Offer ongoing support and encouragement to members on their sleep journey.
  • Develop standardized solutions and routines that can easily be adapted to the member.

Content Creation and Curation:

  •  Collaborate with the content team to create written, audio, and video content related to mental health and sleep.
  •  Develop engaging and informative content that addresses common sleep issues, sleep hygiene, and the connection between sleep and mental well-being.
  • Create and curate content that resonates with a diverse audience and provides actionable advice.
  •  Participate in content planning, brainstorming, and strategy meetings.
  • Provide resources, articles, and materials to support clients in their sleep improvement journey.
  • Deliver presentations or workshops on sleep-related topics.


  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and physicians, to provide comprehensive care to members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Certification in sleep coaching or related field (sleep science,  BBT-I, CBT-I).
  • 3 years of experience in working with individuals with sleep related issuesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and member-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Proficiency in creating written, audio, and video content is a plus.
