Job Responsibilities

You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:

  • Maintain, design and build new and existing features using Angular, C#, and .NET
  • Deploy code/updates manually
  • Help in setting up the CI/CD pipeline
  • Work directly under the Head of Engineering in creating solutions and solving problems.
  • Participate in code reviews and one-on-one with the Head of Engineering.
  • Collaborate across the teams in Panoptyc to understand what we are building and why we are doing so.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer
  • Willing to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
  • Extensive software engineering experience for web-based applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience developing and utilizing RESTful APIs
  • It is preferred that you have hands-on experience with Angular with Typescript and C# and .Net Technologies
  • Someone with an understanding of multiple modern languages is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various programming concepts and how they can be applied when building complex systems
  • You understand the importance of well-documented code and are happy to hear that half of this job will be writing tests and documentation
  • Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
  • Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
  • Embrace ambiguity – when you don’t know how to do something, you ask Google.
  • Low ego – if you don’t know the answer, you ask questions. You aren’t afraid of anybody knowing what you don’t know.
  • Honest – even when the truth isn’t great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
