Job Overview

As the Supply Chain Manager for our e-commerce operations, you will oversee the entire supply chain, focusing on optimizing logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment for our online retail business. You will work closely with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to eCommerce for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts to support eCommerce operations.
  •  Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations across multiple sales channels.
  •  Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery to customers.
  • Analyze supply chain data to improve order fulfillment, lead times, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align supply chain operations with eCommerce goals and promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCommerce supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or inventory control.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and fulfillment strategies (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data to enhance order accuracy, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage vendor and logistics relationships remotely.
