Job Responsibilities

  • It is important for us that the recruitment process is comfortable and smooth for both candidates and our hiring managers, so you will ensure effective communication and hiring team engagement at every stage of the hiring flow.
  • Recruiting is about numbers, funnels, and a data-driven approach, so you’ll be analyzing the job market, studying competitors’ hiring approaches, evaluating candidate conversions in pipelines, identifying bottlenecks, and devising solutions to fix them.
  • We provide all the necessary resources for sourcing the best candidates, so you will be the one determining which tools and resources to apply for each vacancy.
  • We’re all about innovation, so your input on refining our hiring process will be highly valued – from crafting unique job descriptions to video-pitching, social media recruiting and hiring managers’ upskilling.

Job Requirements

  • Each recruiter in our team functions as a Project Manager, overseeing the entire hiring process. We’re in a charge of effective communication, developing strategies, allocating budgets, resources, and so on. Therefore, we expect you to have the ability to handle end-to-end tasks.
  • While we have the capability to train and enhance your skills, a relevant experience of 1 year in full-cycle recruitment is necessary for us (preferably in product companies).
  • We value a learning mindset and the ability to swiftly adapt to new information, so being adept at quickly grasping and implementing new information will be advantageous.
  • We stay abreast of contemporary business trends available primarily in English. Therefore, it would be highly beneficial if your English proficiency is at least at an intermediate level.
  • We prioritize effective communication with our candidates, so proficiency in copywriting is essential, as it plays a key role in generating ideas for impactful and engaging interactions.
