Position: Web Sales Team Member
Description
Web Sales Team Members are responsible for all aspects of sales and customer service opportunities coming through the company’s e-commerce website. This is a full-time permanent position with an established workweek of 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive phone calls, emails, and chats from B2C and B2B customers.
- Assist customers with product, pre and post-sales questions.
- Provide timely quotes and order entry for customers.
- Maintain order statuses and customer information in the company website backend
- Provide feedback to other departments to improve customer experience
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in a variety of mediums with clarity and efficiency
- Must have great customer service skills; Be able to quickly adapt to different types of customers and requests
- Must have estimating skills; Have knowledge of or be able to learn custom-made wood products, cabinet hardware, and interior design concepts
- Must have good computer and web navigational skills
- Must have a quiet and organized place to work from with high-speed internet
