Serotonin is seeking a Content Manager to strategize, develop and execute effective content deliverables on behalf of Serotonin clients. The person in this role will join and collaborate with a growing content team, including our Director of Content, as well as work directly with our clients. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and strategist with a proven experience in communicating about blockchain and Web3 concepts, products, and trends to developers, non-developers, enterprises, and newcomers alike. Candidates must have a strong interest in these topics with an eagerness to expand their knowledge as new clients in emerging use cases require content strategy and execution. Job Responsibilities
- Write a variety of content, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, newsletters, video scripts, op-eds, and paid media materials for clients in and around the blockchain ecosystem.
- Collaborate with clients on content strategy and execution, developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans.
- Design and execute creative content campaigns that meet client OKRs and drive viral engagement.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using various analytics tools to gauge success.
- Develop and implement strategies based on analytics insights, including SEO optimization.
- Stay informed on the latest technology trends and announcements within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Keep up to date with content strategies used by other technology and product teams.
- Maintain content operations for clients, ensuring alignment and transparency across the Serotonin content team.
- Partner with the content team and Director of Content, as well as the social media team, to strategize and implement content plans for clients.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, editorial, or writing roles, particularly within tech companies.
- Experience working with blockchain/Web3 or fintech clients, with a strong understanding of L1/L2, infrastructure, DePin, and AI trends and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in producing impactful content for diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in both content strategy and execution.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical concepts and products.
- Strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Familiarity with CMS and analytics tools such as Semrush, Hubspot, Ghost, Medium, Google Analytics, Mirror, Paragraph, and Buffer is a plus.
