We are looking for someone to help us scale Marketing at ReCharge to help own the existing marketing funnels and launch new ones. You will have the unique opportunity be a leader at fast growing SaaS startup. In the Marketing Manger role you will be asked to manage a wide range of marketing activities across both online and offline channels including email marketing, online advertising, SEM, events, content marketing, and content syndication. This role reports to the Director of Growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Successfully promote the company and its customers through traditional, digital, social media and content marketing channels by telling the story of how merchants and partners successfully utilize the ReCharge platform
  • Drive our content management strategy, acting as an advocate for bold and creative thinking, constantly encouraging teams to go beyond the status quo
  • Create, execute and analyze marketing programs reaching these customer segments, including drip campaigns for onboarding and feature announcements
  • Own the relationship with our advertising agency to optimize our ongoing digital advertising campaigns
  • Own corporate marketing communication in terms of corporate positioning and brand management for all offline and online events we produce
  • Optimize website conversion rate through A/B split testing and data analysis
  • Grow, manage and mentor a talented marketing team responsible for acquisition, conversion, monetization and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience marketing a SaaS platform in a B2B environment is required
  • Management of a team or experience being a team lead is required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment – must have proven prioritization and decision-making abilities
  • Desire to work on a team of A+ players who all possess initiative, motivation, and a track record of delivering results
  • Proven track record in creating innovative and targeted brand campaigns and programs that generate results.
  • Strong understanding of lead and revenue funnel management best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of building programs and workflows in marketing automation software
  • Metric-driven and highly analytical with an ability to approach marketing from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the payments industry.
  • Experience in the Shopify ecosystem.
